The Sound Stone will be an affordable addition to your other guitar accessories. This product is assembled in Austin, TX by two brothers and is made to be as simple and durable as possible using ABS (football helmet grade) plastic. Please feel free reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. Please note that since our product uses magnets, the Sound Stone will not work on nylon guitars. Also, if you plan on using it on acoustic guitars, you will need to incorporate a microphone into your set up or plug in the acoustic because the sound is relatively quiet with acoustic instruments.

We offer a 30-day return policy, so if you aren't satisfied with your unit please reach out to us. If your product is defective, we will replace your unit free of charge within one year of purchase.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, but generally costs around $3.50 for domestic and $10-16 for international shipping.

I really like the idea of the Sound Stone. Really like the free Kontakt library. Really like supporting your company. Like the output! Whoop! The battery compartment could use work. I found it really really fiddly and frustrating trying to put a battery into the unit and close the casing. The battery kept disconnecting. It took me 5 minutes to insert a battery and close the lid without the battery disconnecting. String bends seem harder to achieve on the Sound Stone compared to an Ebow. Keep up the good work, chaps! With some tweaks, this thing could be absolutely killer. Thanks! S

I tried with batteries of 3 brands and with 2 of them I can't close the lid. I think it's a big design fault. I have a high action on my strings and I'm losing sustain all the time. It's a lot more complicated to use than an e-bow

It is fun to play with... I'm not super creative with sound so it will take a while to get the feel of it... had a little trouble getting the battery in the case, but figured it out. Altogether a cool device for the money.

This is certainly a “cheap” alternative to other sustainers, the reason for the price tag is relatively evident when you actually feel the quality of the sound stone. I came very close to returning mine because I had to fight with it just to get the battery in, I actually had to force the clip of the door back in just to get it to close, which has be questioning it’s durability, initially I thought I had received one with a broken clasp, but it closed with only mild force without the battery. When using it as a sustainer it’s fine, you can get some interesting sounds and tones out of it. I just continue to feel uneasy about how long I’m actually going to get out of it.
